29 Jul ACE Recommendations on Long Term Care

Earlier this month Advocates for Care of the Elderly (ACE) met with Health Minister Leo Glavine to express their concerns with the crisis in longterm care in Nova Scotia.

ACE are not affiliated with the Nova Scotia Health Coalition but they graciously allowed us to share the report that they presented to the minister and departmental officials. ACE’s report is an excellent overview of the state of longterm care and is a must-read for anyone concerned about public healthcare and longterm care in the province.
